Replica Analytics, an Aetion firm and a Canadian technology supplier, has joined forces with innovative Cities. Replica Analytics, a pioneer in technology-enabled synthetic data generation (SDG) technology for the healthcare sector, creates synthetic data creation software that maintains the statistical characteristics of real data while protecting the privacy of data subjects.
Replica’s SDG technology will be included to CityShield, Innovate Cities’ data trust created for secure data sharing, as a result of this partnership. Replica converts all personally identifiable data into a privacy-friendly, synthetic, non-personally identifiable version that may be shared while protecting privacy.
