After weeks of leaks and teasers, Xiaomi has finally launched the Mi 10T series of phones in India. The phones hit Indian shores after first launching in Europe in early September. At the virtual launch event, the company announced two new smartphones, the Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro, which will serve as the flagship of the company’s line of phones this year.

Both new Mi 10T series phones will join the Mi 10 device line in India that was launched earlier this year. With mid-year updates, the Mi 10T phones offer a lot in the way of flagship hardware and features, and all at a price that makes it decidedly in favor of the competition.

Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro, Mi 10T: Price and availability

Xiaomi Mi 10T was launched in India priced at Rs 35,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, with the 8GB + 256GB variant of the device available for Rs 37,999. The Mi 10T Pro on the other hand gets 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage for the price of Rs 39,999.

Xiaomi is also announcing some offers alongside the device, with bank refunds announced to reduce the price of the devices by Rs 3000. The phone will be available for pre-orders starting October 15 from Flipkart and MI.com.

Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro, Mi 10T: specifications and features

Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 5G is equipped with a 6.67 inch fullHD + IPS LCD screen with support for a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The display is a 7-step adaptive refresh rate technology, which dynamically manages the refresh rate on the fly depending on the task at hand.

Under the hood, the phone runs Snapdragon 865 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. For the battery, users will receive a 5000mAh pack with 33W fast charging. In terms of cameras, the phone will feature a 108-megapixel rear camera-based system paired with 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel lenses, with optical stabilization. , 8K video recording, dual video mode and more.

The Mi 10T 5G is a toned down version of the Pro model, and as such the Mi 10T smartphone carries a 64-megapixel camera system instead of a 108-megapixel rear camera system. The cameras will include a 13-megapixel ultra wide-angle camera and a 5-megapixel macro camera. The rest of the features of the Mi 10T smartphone will be similar to that of its big brother, the Mi 10T Pro model.

Additionally, both the Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro also get 3D audio recording and 3D audio playback. They also come with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection which also includes the camera lenses, an antibacterial case and screen protection layers that come with the phones.

Xiaomi’s Mi 10T Pro is equipped with a triple lens-based 108-megapixel camera and a huge 5000mAh battery.
