Here are some of the upcoming WhatsApp features
WhatsApp bug report
WhatsApp is working on a feature that will make it easy for its users to submit bug reports directly from the messaging app. The feature was spotted in the latest beta update and is currently only available for use by beta testers. The messaging app is currently developing this and will make the feature public once testing is finished.
Average Expiring or View Once
It has long been rumored that WhatsApp is working on this Snapchat-like feature that would delete messages on its own. This function or mode will delete the media files such as images, videos and GIFs sent to the recipient when the recipient leaves the chat. This can also be called temporary messages. The feature was reported by Wabetainfo.
Wabetainfo reported that WhatsApp has implemented the Always Mute feature for beta testers. The feature as the name suggests would allow users to permanently mute a chat or group. Previously, users had the option to silence a group for a year, but now with the new update there will be no time limit.
