FORT EDWARD, NY (NEWS10) – After initially suspending a decision, Washington County announced today that high-risk sports are permitted as long as the weekly positivity rate in the capital region is 4% or less, it is currently at 3%. They were the last counties in the area to issue indications of a return to play.
Several districts such as Fort Edward, Greenwich, and Whitehall have already kicked off high-risk sports as Cambridge got the green light on Thursday night. Others are awaiting board approval or have already given up.
