Tuscolwomen’s basketball up to 6th place in Class 2A classification | Sports

Tuscola and Salt Fork women’s basketball rose in their respective Associated Press polls on Tuesday.

The second version of the 2021 season chart includes Warriors from coach Tim Kohlbecker up to number 6 in Class 2A and Storm from coach Brian Russell moving up to number 8 in Class 1A. And they aren’t the only local programs to be rated or rated.

Below are the full AP polls for each class, voted on by a contingent of statewide media that includes News-Gazette preparation coordinator Colin Likas.
