The company has finally brought the Up Next queue to the Apple TV+ website. Apple TV+ subscribers who use the website to watch movies and TV shows on Apple’s streaming service can now queue up content from the service right on the website. Before, you could add something to your Up Next queue but not actually see it on the website. You’d have to log on to your Apple TV or another streaming device that supports the Apple TV app. That is no longer the case.
The Apple TV+ website now features Apple’s Up Next queue. Of course, the queue is limited to Apple’s streaming service’s episodes and movies. For a long time, the Apple TV and other devices that support the Apple TV app have had the Up Next queue. You’re probably familiar with the Up Next queue if you’ve ever used an Apple TV or the Apple TV app on a supported streaming device to queue up movies and television series to watch later. Now, Apple is introducing the Up Next queue to a location that many people are unaware even exists.
With TV+, you can watch well-produced, big-budget TV shows from famed directors, and starring award-winning actors and actresses across all your Apple devices and with up to six members of your Family Sharing group. If all goes according to expectations we will likely see Apple announce new iPhone 14 models later this year. A rejig of the lineup should see the arrival of a new iPhone 14 Max — and a new concept imagines what a gorgeous blue version of that device could look like.
Of course, the Apple TV+ website’s Up Next queue is limited to content on Apple’s streaming service. If you want to see content from other services that are in your Up Next queue, you’ll need to hop on your Apple TV for that. While it’s a small feature update, it’s certainly a nice one in case you find yourself watching Apple TV+ through your browser.
