The One UI 4.1 update for Android 12 on the Samsung Galaxy M12 is now available

The new update brings a revamped UI design to the Galaxy M12, featuring Color Palette, new widgets, new widget styling, a new widget picker UI, enhanced Dark Mode, and thicker sliders for brightness and volume. The new update also brings improved privacy and security. There are now quick setting toggles for enabling and disabling cameras and the microphone across the system. When apps use the camera or microphone, you can see privacy indicators on the top corner of the screen. The Privacy Dashboard shows all your privacy-related information.

The Galaxy M12’s Android 12 upgrade has now been made available by Samsung. The upgrade has already been made available in Vietnam, but it might soon spread to other areas. The June 2022 security patch, which addresses over 60 privacy and security flaws, is also included in the updated software. The firmware version for the Galaxy M12’s One UI 4.1 upgrade, which runs on Android 12, is M127FXXU3BVF8. By going to Settings » Software update and selecting Obtain and install, Galaxy M12 users in Vietnam can download the Android 12 upgrade. You can also manually flash the new firmware by downloading the file from our firmware database.
