The June update for the Google Pixel includes the latest feature additions and bug fixes

Google Pixel 5, Pixel 6 Pro, and Pixel 5aGoogle Pixel 5, Pixel 6 Pro, and Pixel 5a June’s update also includes Google’s latest security patches, along with a comprehensive list of bug fixes. Among those, the Google App, Gboard, Call Screen, and incoming phone calls see some bug fixes. There’s also general optimization for battery life under some conditions, and improvements to fingerprint scanner performance.

In the middle of the excitement surrounding Apple’s WWDC announcements, Google has started pushing out its June update for Pixel phones. A Feature Drop that was previously accessible on Google’s QPR (Quarterly Platform Release) beta channel has been included to the current version. Google’s At a Glance is now accessible from the Lock Screen, and Live Translate receives a few extra languages with this version.

Highlights

  • There are fixes to the camera, UI, display, sensors, Bluetooth stability improvements, and system fixes that you can find listed on Google’s support site. Google’s June update is now rolling out to all supported Google Pixels 4 and newer.
