Samsung has begun pushing out the June 2022 Android security patch update for both 5G and LTE variants of the Galaxy S20 FE, according to Sammobile. According to reports, the firmware version G780FXXU9DVE7 is currently available in Russia. The firmware version G781BXXU4FVE8 is also believed to be rolling out in the Baltic area, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Slovakia. The latest June 2022 Android security patch has begun rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition (FE) 5G and LTE versions with triple rear camera arrangements in Russia, the Baltic area, and a few other European countries, according to a report. Another smartphone that has reportedly started receiving the June 2022 Android security patch is the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G.


  • Samsung smartphones should receive the June 2022 Android security patch automatically. Eligible customers can manually upgrade their smartphones by going to Settings > Software update > Download and Install if they haven’t already.

  • According to another tip from Sammobile, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G is now receiving the Android security patch for June 2022. According to reports, the firmware version A526BXXS1CVE4 is currently accessible in Chile. Users of the Galaxy A52 5G in other markets are likely to receive the updated security patch in the coming days. The update is supposed to provide remedies for more than 66 privacy and security flaws, as well as bug fixes and better phone stability.
