Support for Android 12 has been added to Samsung's voice recorder

The Samsung Voice recorder app comes pre-installed on the company’s smartphones. It’s a handy app that lets you record voice notes and interviews. It also has a pretty useful speech-to-text feature. Samsung today released version 21.3.50.34 of the Voice Recorder app. The changelog only mentions that this update adds support for Android 12. This will ensure that the app works perfectly on Samsung devices that get the Android 12 update.

This year, Samsung did an excellent job of pushing out the Android 12 update. The Android 12 One UI 4.0 beta programme was swiftly completed. Last month, the company published the upgrade for the Galaxy S21 series. It has also upgraded the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 since then. In the following weeks and months, other devices will almost probably receive an upgrade. As a result, it’s only natural that Samsung adds compatibility for the new Android OS to its native apps.
