South Jersey stores work to clear the snow to stay open for business

Some South Jersey businesses worked hard on Monday to make sure they could stay open for customers who braved the snowstorm.

  • News 12’s Lauren Due went to Long Beach Island, where shop owners used salt and shovels to clear the snow.

“We just wanted to give it a try, and there’s a lot of folks that obviously have to be out here regardless. Like the cops, plowers and even the UPS guy,” he says.
