“Yogurt and nuts give this recipe an extra dose of protein, while fresh, seasonal strawberries contain vitamin C to support immunity,” he said.

Ingredients (makes two servings):
¼ cup – ¼ cup walnuts – 1 tablespoon fresh grated coconut – 2 teaspoons organic honey – 1 cup cold pressed olive oil – ½ cup fresh strawberries – Greek yogurt
