Radcliff Councilwoman Toshie Singleton Murrell thanked Radcliff Mayor J. J. Duvall for providing all the resources available for the success of the Radcliff Cultural Fest, which she along with Radcliff Councilwoman Pam and Charles DeRoche organized.

O’Bryan greeted those in attendance with a handshake, before taking the podium to address RSBA members. He spoke in detail about the dynamic of Fort Knox and how valuable Radcliff is as a neighboring community to Fort Knox and vice versa.


  • Everyone also wished happy birthday to Maria Giordano Batistoni, a retired teacher and active community volunteer.

  • Maria Bell, along with her nonprofit Be The Change Food Bank, announced a ribbon cutting Sept. 24 of her fifth Blessings Box, sponsored by Josh Calloway, 10th District state representative.
