Realme Q1 will likely be the first smartphone to come with Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 out of the box. It leaked earlier via a listing on the AnTuTu benchmarking website, which took a look at what we can expect from the device from a hardware perspective. A number of pretty vivid details are now available, thanks to its listing on China’s 3C certification website.

The first device in the Realme Q series, dubbed Q1, carries the model number RMX2117. The 3C listing revealed that there will be 5G connectivity on the smartphone and that there will be 30W fast charging. Realme Q1 is likely to come with a 6.5-inch 1080p LCD with an aspect ratio of 20: 9. We are now unsure if there will be a notch or punch hole on this display. RMX2117 images obtained from the TENAA list show nothing on the display.

Camera information is also available. Realme relies on a 48-megapixel main camera on the Q1, as well as an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter and a 2-megapixel depth-sensing camera on the back. The camera design is similar to that of Realme 7 series phones. So, there is nothing new there. The sensors used on this upcoming phone are also likely to be identical to those on existing Realme phones.

The processor, in particular, will tell which segment Realme Q1 will belong to. We know there will be 5G on this phone, and the cheapest processor for 5G connectivity is MediaTek’s Dimensity 720 and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 690, although a variant of the Snapdragon 4 series is also planned. The information listed on the 3C website doesn’t tell us. none of that. It vaguely says there will be a 2.4GHz octa-core processor running the show on the Realme Q1. Supporting the processor will be two RAM and 4GB and 64GB, 6GB and 128GB storage configurations.

Charging 30W will recharge the 4900mAh battery on the Realme Q1, according to the certification website. And finally, the Realme Q1 should measure 162.2 x 75.1 x 9.1 mm while the weight will be 194 grams. You can expect Realme Q1 to have gray, silver, black and blue colorways.

Realme listed the next Q series phone on the 3C list in China ahead of its launch.
