Plans of Russia Twitter block in a month if it fails to delete prohibited content: TASS

MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russia will block Twitter In a month if the social media giant fails to remove banned content, news agency TASS sued a senior Russian communications watchdog Roskomnadzor official Tuesday.

Russia said last week that it was slowing the speed of Twitter for retaliation for what has been described as a failure to remove prohibited content. He threatened to completely block the US platform, escalating a growing stalemate between Moscow and US social media companies.
