OnePlus has unveiled a new experience store in Hyderabad. This shop is also the largest in the world. Spread over 16,000 square feet, this new experience store is called “OnePlus Nizam Palace” and also includes a large customer service center with dedicated glass cubicles for customers to meet and consult with service executives.
The company says this experience store is “in line with OnePlus’ philosophy of a no-charge design, and as such OnePlus Nizam Palace flaunts a distinctive architectural design. The store features an aluminum exterior facade with a red brick wall. underlying that represents the loyal and rooted community of the brand.
OnePlus says this Super Experience Store features technological aspects such as “interactive desks for product catalogs and horizontal LED walls that showcase the latest #ShotOnOnePlus content from the community across India using OnePlus devices.”

The new experience store is part of the brand’s attempts to improve its offline presence using an omni-channel strategy. OnePlus is currently present in over 5000 offline stores, including partner stores across India. In line with its ongoing offline expansion in the country, OnePlus will invest an additional Rs 100 crores towards “greater market penetration through omnichannel retail activities”. This also includes extending the brand’s premium offline experience beyond metropolitan cities and expanding into inland regions through new retail partnerships.
The company says this experience store is “aligned with OnePlus’s philosophy” of no-charge design.
