The OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T were recently confirmed to get the new OxygenOS 11 update in December, but prior to that date, the company updated the OnePlus 7 and 7T devices with regular patches and updates to improve performance.

The latest is an update this month that fixes some bugs but keeps the same security patch as September. The two series that carry two phones each under them have been updated to software version 10.3.6 which doesn’t offer too many new features compared to its predecessor.

These updates should now be followed directly by a major OxygenOS 11 update on phones. The OxygenOS 11 update based on Android 11 would bring with it a number of new features, as well as visual and performance improvements.

In India, the update includes support for the new user assistance feature, optimized power consumption and the fix for the flashback issue. There are also other general updates that promise to improve the overall performance and stability of the device.

Coming to phones, it is definitely the OnePlus 7T Pro the most interesting of all. The OnePlus 7T Pro is equipped with a 6.67-inch 90Hz display and offers QHD + and HDR10 + resolution (3120 × 1440 screen resolution).

The OnePlus 7T Pro includes three cameras on the rear panel and a single image sensor for selfies on the front. The device is equipped with a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor with 7P lens structure, f1.6 aperture and OIS. The secondary camera uses a 16MP wide-angle lens with a 117-degree field of view. Finally, the third is an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom at an aperture of F2.4 and OIS support. OnePlus 7T Pro includes Super macro mode and Nightscape mode on the camera app itself. It also supports HIS (Hybrid Image Stabilization) so that users can shoot smoother and more stable videos. On the front, the OnePlus 7T Pro includes a 16MP pop-up selfie shooter.

The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone runs on Oxygen OS 10 based on Android 10. The OnePlus 7T Pro comes with a 4080mAh battery with 30W Warp Charge 30T support.

The new update for OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T phones keeps the September security patch.
