Mac Murray and Shuster LLP, an Ohio-based ACA International member company, recently promoted Josh Stevens to partner. The promotion went into effect January 1 and Stevens will head the company’s new Cincinnati office.
First joining Mac Murray & Shuster as an associate in 2016, Stevens has nearly a decade of experience in both managing and advising businesses on complex consumer protection and privacy laws. according to a press release. Previously, serving as an in-house attorney, she offers a unique understanding of the challenges and pitfalls businesses face in trying to meet compliance obligations without hindering their operational, financial and innovation goals. Stevens works with Mac Murray & Shuster customers nationwide, evaluating, building and implementing risk-based compliance management programs, with a focus on federal and state privacy laws. Along with Nick Whisler, a partner of the company, Stevens has been instrumental in driving the company’s growing privacy practice.
