New executive order from ArizonGovernor Ducey removes COVID-19 occupancy limits for businesses

Occupancy limits will be lifted for Arizona businesses, including restaurants, gyms, theaters, water parks, bowling alleys, and bars that provide food service.

PHOENIX – A new executive order from Arizona Governor Doug Ducey is lifting some restrictions on business, primarily by lifting capacity limits.

In the new order, companies are still expected to follow safety protocols, including physical distances and masks, but occupancy rate limits will no longer be in effect.

This applies to restaurants, gyms, theaters, water parks, bowling alleys, and bars that provide catering services.
