Micromax will be back on Tuesday 3rd November. The local smartphone company leaves no stone unturned to create hype around its brand new In series. As part of this move, Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma partnered with YouTuber Technical Guruji to showcase smartphones ahead of the launch of tomorrow. While we got our first look at one of the smartphones through a teaser, Sharma revealed that the Micromax In 1A will be available in green and white colors.
The YouTube video revealed the complete design of the Micromax In 1A. Apparently, In 1A is heavily inspired by the designs of Honor 9X and Narzo 20 Pro. The back panel has a shiny pattern with converging arrows in the center. There will be green and white color options for the smartphone. Moving on to the phone range, we have the punch-hole configuration, which is an interesting choice for a smartphone that will be sold in the mid-range. The hole is at the dead center, just like some Samsung phones have.
Sharma also confirmed that there will be MediaTek chipsets on the new series phones. One of them will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 chipset, which we last saw on Realme C-series smartphones, and another flagship model with a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. Micromax is also making fun of a “larger than life” display, but their true dimensions are still unclear. The company also says “great memory is in” in one of the teasers but doesn’t say how much. But we have some information, thanks to the rumors.
Rumors are circulating that Micromax will launch two different spec sets based on the storage option. You can expect a maximum of 128GB of internal storage on the Micromax In 1A, at least. RAM options are said to start at 2GB. Smartphones are also rumored to have several cameras where the In 1A may end up having a 48MP main camera on the back. There will be physical fingerprint sensors on the back which means none of the phones have an OLED panel. The rest of the specs will likely be announced at tomorrow’s event.
Micromax Serial Launch is scheduled for midday on November 3rd.
