LG W30 Pro Launches In India

The new LG W30 Pro is now available in India. It is one of the best mid-range smartphones. With Snapdragon chipset and 4K video recording, the W30 Pro beats up its budget competitors. Let’s quickly jump into the specifications.


LG W30 Pro comes in with a premium look. It’s framed with aluminum and has a shiny back. But there is no Gorilla Glass Protection. According to the official picture of LG W30 Pro, it has a dew-drop notch and a thick chin. With the tri-camera combination on the back, it looks amazing. The W30 Pro is available in Midnight Blue & Midnight Purple. For some unknown reason, the smartphone is so much thinner than any other smartphone at that pricing range.

The display sizes 6.22 inches with a resolution of 720×1520 pixels. The pixel density of 270 PPI is less for the display size. Even if all the brands are offering LED display, the LG W30 Pro stood back with the IPS LCD.


Rear: Coming to the camera the LG W30 Pro is offering better than some other brands. There are three rear cameras of 13 MP, 8 MP & 5 MP. The camera combination gives amazing pictures even in low light conditions. And if you’re a professional photographer then you can do some cool stuff with new camera features. The smartphone records video up to 2160p@30fps (4K) and 1080p@30fps.

Front: The front camera is of 16MP. The front camera shoots pretty well in portrait and wide aperture modes. The video quality of the front camera is not officially mentioned by LG.

The LG W30 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon SDM632 (14nm). The octa-core processor consists of 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 250 Gold & 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 250 Silver. Along with the Adreno 506, the gaming experience becomes even better. Hence, the chipset sizes 14nm, so it could be more battery consuming than other processors. But for daily usage and multi-tasking, it’s okay. The LG W30 Pro offers 4GB RAM & 64GB ROM which is expandable up to 512GB with an SD card.



The smartphone is packed with all needed sensors; Fingerprint scanner, Accelerometer, Gyro, GLONASS & Proximity.

battery & charging

It is driven by a 4050mAh Li-Po battery. The smartphone is charged by Quick-charge 2.0 which charges it to 50% within 35mins. So, you don’t have to rush with a low battery if you forget to charge at night πŸ˜‰
