March 7 – MILFORD – With a determined gaze down his lane, Peter Kawash approached the starting block for the 200-yard individual medley.

“I listened to music all morning, did the same warm-up routine that I did all season,” said Kawash, who defended his race title and improved his time by 1: 58.40. from last season. “It’s my routine and I’m really superstitious about it.
