Motorola is one of the best smartphone brands that delivers durable smartphones. After the great success of Moto G8 Plus in India, they again launches a new phone. Motorola One Macro, with Helio P70 and a 4000 mAh battery, is a high performing smartphone. Let’s look into the specifications.


As we know Motorola builds strong smartphones, they also did the same with this smartphone. Motorola One macro is aluminum framed. The smartphone comes in Space Blue color. Even with a 12nm chipset, the Motorola One Macro is thin enough for comfortable usage. The rear has a triple camera setup with a LED flash and fingerprint scanner. The display isn’t bezel-free, it has a dew-drop notch on the top with the front camera.


Motorola One Macro comes in a 6.2 inches IPS LCD. With the notch on it, it has a tiny chin at the bottom. The display delivers a resolution of 720×1520 pixels with a pixel density of 270 PPI. At the price range, t is offering at, you may have a better choice in the market when it comes to the display. Being an LCD, it also consumes more battery than LED displays. There’s no detail about the display refresh rate.

Rear: Coming to the camera One Macro does its job pretty well. Though the low light shots are a little noisy, it takes amazing shots at good lighting condition. The rear cameras consist of

  • 2 MP, f/2.2, 1/5″, 1.75µm (dedicated macro camera)
  • 2 MP, f/2.2, 1/5″, 1.75µm, depth sensor

The rear cameras shoot video up to 1080p@120fps.

Front: The front camera at the notch, takes pictures of unimaginable quality at this price range. The 8MP camera is included in the One Macro. The front camera records videos at 1080p@30fps, which is pretty well for a mid-range smartphone.

The One Macro is powered by MediaTek Helio P70, a 12nm chipset. The processor is the best at what it does, performance. The high performing processor is good enough for high-end gaming or multi-tasking. The Octa-core processor consists of 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A73 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A53 with the GPU of Mali G72 MP3. The One Macro offers a memory of 4GB with the internal storage of 64GB, expandable up to 512GB with an SD card. So, it’s ready to go with high gaming or multitasking all day long.

battery & charging

The high-performance smartphone is packed up with a 4000mAh Li-Po battery, charged with a 10W charger. It takes approx 3 and a half hours to fully charge, which is a little disappointing.
