An Upstate business owner and his wife were arrested Wednesday after over 400 marijuana edibles were seized, according to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

GAFFNEY, S.C. —

David Petty, 50, and Sirena Petty, 47, of Gaffney, were arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana 10 lbs. but less than 100lbs and distribution of marijuana, deputies say.

Deputies say the narcotics team executed two search warrants, one at Carousel Music located at 1609 W. Floyd Baker Blvd. and another at the owner’s residence at the 600 block of Grassy Pond Road.
