Using an existing drug would be quick and easy as using aspirin for a fever; but their is no money to be made in aspirin even if it worked on Covid; as any maker can produce it and no big money or Government funding to line the pockets of the few. This is the same for many of the anti-viral drugs not in trials do to ‘no money to be made’. Now we are using drugs rushed through the process and rubber stamped to save me; I am glad. But why no trials on other drugs we are not allowed to use? Follow the money.
