All properties in the City of Falls Church were reportedly valued at $ 4,570,946,700 ($ 4.57 billion), an increase of 2.72% from January 1, 2020, according to a release from the City of Falls Church Assessors Office.
New construction (worth $ 72.68 million) represents 60.58% of the estimated value increase in the City, and market appreciation accounts for the remainder. City ratings will be sent to property owners in late February.
