The OPPO Find N was actually a really compelling phone, quite compact when folded, and a small tablet when opened. It launched towards the end of the year, so we’re not expecting the Find N2 to launch that soon. It will likely arrive in the fourth quarter of the year, likely November or December. The OPPO Find N2 is codenamed ‘White Swan’, by the way.
It appears that OPPO will release some intriguing new phones in the second half of the year, including its new foldables. A well-known Chinese tipper named Digital Chat Station provided this information. He posted the details on Weibo. OPPO intends to release two new foldable models along with a few more fascinating gadgets. Let’s start by discussing the aforementioned foldables. One of them is the OPPO Find N2 phone. The Find N, which debuted last year, will be followed by this device.
Highlights
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 does bring improved performance compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, and better power management. On top of that, the thermals are also better. So, it makes sense. That’s not all, though. It seems like OPPO is also planning to announce the OPPO Watch 3 smartwatch, and the OPPO Band 2 fitness tracker. Well, that fitness tracker will likely be a hybrid between a smartwatch and a fitness tracker. And last, but not least, ColorOS 13. This will become OPPO’s next-gen Android-based OS which will ship on the company’s phones. It will likely be included on top of Android 13 smartphones globally. In China, we may even see it shipped on phones with Android 12.
The other foldable is codenamed ‘Dragonfly’, and that seems to be a vertically-folding foldable smartphone. That device will compete directly with the Galaxy Z Flip 4, Huawei P50 Pocket, and the upcoming Motorola Razr foldable. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 variant of the OPPO Find X5 Pro may also be on the way. In addition to those phones, OPPO seems to be planning to launch a regular flagship fueled by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. It may even be the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 variant of the OPPO Find X5 Pro.
