A Chinese delivery man, named Tang, was tasked with delivering 14 iPhone 12 Pro Max units from Meituan-Dianping trading company to an Apple Authorized Reseller in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. The delivery order was placed on November 14, according to a report from MyDrivers, a Chinese publication. Tang, upon receipt of 14 iPhone 12 Pro Max units apparently canceled these orders and paid 10 CNY for default on his work. But the biggest shock was when he didn’t return these iPhone 12 Pro Max units back to the shop.

Instead, Tang ran away with these units, which had a total value of around CNY 180,000, which translates to around Rs 18 lakh. It became untraceable after this robbery, involving the store manager and the delivery recipients who could contact the person. The politician seized the rest of the iPhone 12 Pro Max units, which were ten in number, and captured Tang.
