Customers who pre-ordered Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered PC must now purchase the game again because the price has dropped

The game is due out on 12th August, following great success on PS5. It will bring a number of new features, like ray-traced reflections and various monitor resolutions and ratios. The PC specs have also been released. Spider-Man Remastered is the latest Sony console exclusive to hit PC, following Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, Days Gone, and Death Stranding. We’re still awaiting a release date for Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection, though.

Many regions have changed the cost of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered on Steam. This specifically affects UK pre-orderers, as well as those who bought the game in Australia, Israel, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, and Switzerland. From £54.99 to £49.99, the new pricing is a decrease. To receive a complete refund, customers will now need to cancel their pre-purchase of the game and pre-purchase it once more at the current price. The move is described in depth in a blog post on Steam, and it is confirmed that other markets are unaffected.
