The Create a Healthier Niagara Falls Collaborative (CHNFC) program is set to launch “Niagara Falls Community Currency” on February 25th. The new program is an organized exchange system in which members earn time for the time they spend helping other community members. Members can trade the hours of service they want or need with time or hours earned.
The Niagara Falls Community Currency tracks service offerings, inquiries, exchanges and earnings through an online database called hOurworld, an international network of neighbors who help neighbors.
