He is survived by his father; stepmother, Sandra Walls-Culotta; his younger brothers, Todd (Kalle) and Andrew, and stepbrother, Charles (Gabrielle) McKinney; as well as nieces, Aubrie and Juliana; nephew, Kingston; and extended family.
“Chuck,” as he was known to his family and friends, was born Jan. 9, 1971, in Washington, Pa., and was the son of Charles Rawls Culotta and Esther Culotta (deceased).
He was an honor student and 1989 graduate of Milford High School, and briefly attended the University of New Hampshire and Johnson & Wales University. In the past, he loved spending time with his dogs, Gunner and Sara. Chuck had a wonderful ability to connect with people and will be remembered as a great brother, son, uncle, and friend.
Chuck had a successful career as a project manager with M&M Construction Services in Bedford, N.H., for many years, owned by his uncle George (Bonnie) Culotta, before relocating back to Milford in 2018, where he started and operated his own business, Atlantic Powerwashing.
