BSNL withdraws five STVs from Chennai circle, gives full usage value on Rs 110 plan

Government-owned telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has withdrawn five special rate vouchers (STV) from the Chennai club. These include STVs which offer combo, data and calling benefits. The development was announced by BSNL Chennai on Twitter. On October 16th and October 17th BSNL will also give full value to Rs 110 vouchers. Below are the STVs now withdrawn from Chennai and Tamil Nadu clubs:

Unlimited-47: The Rs 47 STV arrived with a validity of 7 days. The STV “Unlimited-47” offered users unlimited voice calls with an FUP limit of 250 minutes and 1GB of data each day.

SMS_83: This SMS-only STV offered users 1,650 free SMS for a validity of 30 days.

Combo STV_209: This STV for Rs 209 arrived with a 90 day validity. It offered users a local calling benefit for 1 paisa every 2 seconds with a value of Rs 25 credited to their main account.

DATA_178: This data-only STV provided 1GB of data per day to users for 17 days and is priced at Rs 178.

STV 35 DATA: This STV data is priced at Rs 35 and provided 5GB of total data with a validity of 5 days.

BSNL is also valuing its Rs 110 conversation voucher in Chennai and the Tamil Nadu club. The government-owned telecommunications company offers full use value of MRP on top up voucher Rs 110 – FTT 110. This voucher, FTT 110, is applicable in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles for two days on 16 and 17 October.

BSNL has recently refurbished all broadband plans priced below Rs 500 to offer speeds of 50 Mbps. BSNL offers four floors in the north and south, 10 floors in the east and two floors in the west. In addition to offering increased speed, the company has also increased the fair use policy limit up to 2 Mbps on these plans.

BSNL has withdrawn 5 STVs from its offer in the Chennai club. Provides full usage value on the Rs 110 plan.
