Kuo said in his note that the iPhone Series 12 is seeing strong demand in the market. This is contrary to what was stated by the first expectations. There are four models in iPhone 12 series, but only two of them – iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max: They are seeing higher demands than expected while the rest, iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 minis have lower demand than expected. However, the overall demand in the market for iPhone Series 12 is strong and this trend is expected to continue into 2021.
It is an interesting observation because the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max are high-end devices in the range where people show their greatest interest.
