Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance appoints Mironova as Chief Financial Officer

Prosecutors outline the financial case of the campaign against Lev Parnas as the criminal trial begins

Ms. Mironova, who joins the real-estate investment trust from BDO USA LLP where she was a partner focused on public REITs and debt funds, is expected to take on the role of financial chief, secretary and treasurer at the beginning of the second quarter, the company said. Before her start, Chief Executive Officer and President Stuart Rothstein would serve as interim CFO, following the departure of Jai Agarwal.

Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance Inc. on Monday named Anastasia Mironova as its next chief financial officer.
