Airtel Rs 749 and Rs 999 postpaid plans now allow up to eight add-on connections

Airtel has updated its terms and conditions to offer a maximum of eight additional connections on postpaid plans. Airtel currently offers postpaid plans priced at Rs 399, Rs 499, Rs 749, Rs 999 and Rs 1599. Airtel will offer up to eight family add-ons for postpaid plans priced at Rs 749 and Rs 999 per month. The postpaid Rs 749 plan offers 125GB, while the Rs 999 plan offers 150GB with data rollover benefits, unlimited calling, and 100 SMS per day with a year of subscription to Amazon Prime, Airtel XStream, and other benefits.

The updated terms and conditions on Airtel’s page for the plan read: “You can add up to 8 numbers of add-ons in a family plan, including free add-ons as per your chosen Plan.” When a user visits the Airtel website, these plans show two family add-ons and four family add-ons for plans respectively priced at Rs 749 and Rs 999. These are freebies awarded. And if users choose add-ons in addition to these given freebies, they will be charged Rs 249 for regular plans and Rs 99 for data respectively. “In addition to the consumption of the free gifts awarded, the add-ons will be chargeable at Rs 249 and Rs 99 for Regular and Date respectively,” reads the terms and conditions page.

Airtel also notes that the primary or primary number can handle additional services at any time such as data assignment, adding and removing additional connections and changing the billing plan. He also noted that family plan benefits can be used if the parent and add-on numbers are in the same state or circle.

Earlier this month, Airtel reintroduced its Rs 399 deferred payment plans in select telecom circles across India to accept the JioPlus Postpaid plan which starts at Rs 399. day. The postpaid Rs 399 plan also offers an included Airtel Xstream Premium subscription for one year in addition to Wynk Music and Shaw Academy subscriptions. Customers will also receive free Hellotunes and a cashback of Rs 150 on FASTag transactions.

Airtel users who opt for postpaid plans of Rs 499 or higher can only get “Priority Service”, subject to the Terms and Conditions. Airtel’s Rs 499 postpaid plan offering, available nationwide, offers 75GB of data at 3G or 4G speeds with unlimited local, STD and roaming calling. This plan also offers one year of free subscription to Amazon Prime, Airtel Xstream Premium, and phone protection.

Airtel’s postpaid plans priced at Rs 749 and Rs 999 will offer up to eight additional connections. Users pay more than four add-ons.
