The announcement was made during the Diablo Immortal live stream with Wyatt Cheng revealing the good news. In addition to the release announcement, Cheng also revealed a few things about the PC version: It will support controllers, mouse/keyboard, and allow for a WASD control scheme Crossplay so players can play on their PC, save, and then play on their phone as well.
Blizzard has delighted millions of Diablo fans by announcing that Diablo Immortal will be released in June as a free-to-play game for both mobile and PC. The game was supposed to be a mobile-only title when it was first announced in 2018, but it appears that Blizzard has changed its mind and will be bringing the highly anticipated title to PC as well. On June 2, 2022, both the mobile and PC versions will be launched.
The June release is technically, according to Polygon, an open beta but all features will be present and all progress will be retained once full release is made.
